FUSION is returning to Halifax for a fourth consecutive year with their new production KIRIO, coming to the Light House Arts Centre on September 25 & 26, 2026.
Since its inception, FUSION has welcomed nearly 30,000 guests across more than 35 large-scale events throughout the Maritimes. Every year, we proudly build our cast by recruiting 100% local artists from the Greater Halifax area, creating a production that showcases the incredible talent of the community.
Featuring more than 75 local artists on stage, KIRIO combines singing, dance, acrobatics, live music, video, spectacular lighting, and special effects to create a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience.
We are looking for passionate emerging singers who want to join this unique artistic adventure and take the stage with one of Atlantic Canada's largest independent productions.
How to Audition
If you're a passionate emerging singer and would like to be part of one of the region's largest productions, we'd love to hear from you!
Deadline: Sunday, July 12 at 9:00 PM. Auditions received after this deadline will not be considered.
Step 1: Record a video audition (maximum 4 minutes)
The first part of your video (30–45 seconds) should include:
- Your name
- Your age
- Where you're from
The second part should feature your audition song. You don't need to perform the entire song—choose a piece that best showcases your voice.
Stage Presence Matters
We're looking for more than great voices. Show us your personality, confidence, energy, and ability to connect with an audience.
Don't worry about creating a professionally produced video. We simply want to hear you sing and get to know you. Your audition will remain confidential and will only be viewed by our selection team.

You may submit your video as an email attachment, a Dropbox link, or an unlisted YouTube link.

Please note that videos from previous live performances will not be accepted as your primary audition.
Following the review process, selected applicants may be invited to an in-person audition if required.
