FAQ SECTION
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 6-8 weeks for best availability, but can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on our schedule.
Do you only serve New Brunswick?
No ! We have done events in all of Atlantic Canada. Small travel fee will be applied.
Do you customized the packages?
Of course ! We've done a lot of things over the last decade. Lets chat !
What does the venue need to provide?
Just a space! We bring everything else - lights, sound, decorations, entertainment.
Can you match our company colors or branding?
Absolutely! Our Deluxe and Ultimate packages include custom slideshow with your branding, and we can coordinate glow colors to complement your brand.
What if we need to change our headcount?
Our packages are not based on the number of people. If the venue allows it, we're ok with it.
Do you provide food and beverage?
We focus on entertainment. However, we can recommend catering partners or coordinate with your venue's food/beverage service.
What about bilingual services?
All our packages can be delivered in English, French, or both. Just let us know your preference when booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full refund minus $200 administrative fee. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future date within 12 months.
