What started as a small artistic initiative in Dieppe, New Brunswick, has grown into one of the most unique cultural movements in the Maritimes. FUSION is much more than a series of shows; it’s a celebration of creativity, community, and innovation, showcasing the incredible talent of the region and developing great relationships with the business community.
Visionary Leadership Driving Creativity
At the heart of FUSION’s success is founder and creative director Matt LeBlanc, whose visionary leadership has propelled the organization to new heights. Since its inception, FUSION has produced and hosted nearly 30 events, attracting close to 30,000 attendees. This year alone, FUSION showcased over 300 local artists across seven shows in front of almost 6,000 guests throughout the Maritimes.
A Platform for Local Talent
One of FUSION’s defining features is its strong commitment to community involvement. For each production, more than 95% of the performers—including dancers, singers, acrobats, and musicians—are recruited locally from the host city. This strategy not only showcases the immense talent within each region but also fosters a deep connection between the production and its community.

Productions like ZORKA have redefined live entertainment in the Maritimes, while the highly anticipated AQUALO, premiering in June 2025, promises to continue pushing creative boundaries.

FUSION is equally committed to making a difference beyond the stage. For every show, the organization collaborates with a local charity to help raise funds and awareness for important causes. This partnership approach has raised over $200,000 to date, demonstrating the power of combining art with philanthropy.
