CORPORATE TABLE - FUSION AKIKO - Halifax
FUSION Productions has been creating mesmerizing shows across New Brunswick for the last ten years and, for the first time, they are bringing the concept to Halifax on Saturday September 16, 2023 at the newly renovated Light House Arts Centre.
The increasingly popular FUSION show was started in Moncton back in 2011 and has had fifteen consecutive sold-out events across New Brunswick since inception with almost 20,000 guests enjoying their creative productions.
With over 750 local artists participating since the beginning, most artists from the Halifax show will be recruited locally in the Halifax region. This is a great opportunity for local talents to be part of a big production. The new production AKIKO will be presented in six different cities over a total of ten representations starting in fall of 2023.
After a long four year away from the stage, the FUSION team is beyond ready to present their new creation. The Halifax show will also support local charities by raising funds for the Hope Cottage and the Brunswick Street Mission.
Hope Cottage is a charitable organization whose mission is to provide meals to those who cannot afford to obtain these meals themselves. Since its inception, in July 1970, Hope Cottage has grown into a Halifax institution feeding over 200 meals a day – Monday to Friday.
Brunswick Street Mission seeks to inspire a better quality of life that addresses physical, emotional, practical and spiritual needs for those experiencing poverty in our community.
