WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It's not often we get to dress up, so shine those shoes and let’s have some fun! You don't have to dust off your prom dress, but dress as though you are going to a wine gala. Fellas… don’t stress over it. Wear a nice dress shirt (tie is optional but most will not have one) and yes make sure to iron your shirt!
SHOULD I SIT ON THE FLOOR OR IN THE BLEACHERS?
This is a common question, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer! After producing major shows for over a decade, we can confidently say the best way to experience the show is with a group of friends. We recommend gathering your crew and reserving a full table on the floor so everyone can sit together and enjoy the show together. If you don’t have enough for a full table, we will still keep your tickets together at the same table.
If you're a smaller group, consider the experience you want. Floor seating brings you closer to the action, with performances happening on the main stage but also on a central stage designed for an immersive, up-close experience. Plus, floor tickets give you direct access to the after-party. If you're bringing kids, we strongly suggest choosing the bleachers for a better view and a family-friendly environment (see below for more details).
HOW IS MY SEAT ASSIGNED?
Fusion shows have been averaging 95% capacity in the last couple years. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so don't wait last minute to get your tickets. Floor seating is prioritized by major sponsors, table sponsors, full tables and then individual tickets. For bleachers, you can choose your seat from the interactive floor plan on the Dieppe Arts & Culture Center website.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE THERE?
The cocktail reception is at 6.00pm and the show starts at 7pm sharp (we don't delay). The reception is for everyone and it gives you a chance to come before and take part of the whole experience and have a drink before the show. We typically have performers in the lobby and selfie opportunities. The doors to go in the main room will be open at 6:15 pm. That will give you plenty of time to find your seat and get settled. We will have bars in the lobby and also bars on the floor. With an anticipated crowd of over 1,000 guests per night, we strongly recommend you don't arrive last minute so you don't miss the start of the show.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
The show is open to all, but we recommend it for ages 8 and up. For younger children, we suggest sitting in the bleachers for a better view and overall experience. Based on feedback, kids seated on the floor sometimes struggle to see the stage, as all chairs are at the same level and may be obstructed by adults seated in front.
Please also note that floor seating is designed with a corporate/adult atmosphere, where guests consume alcohol, and, occasionally, some may overindulge. This setting may not be ideal for young children, so we recommend either choosing bleacher seats or enjoying an evening out with friends if bringing younger children isn’t an option. The show content is family-friendly, though the after-party is for ages 19 and up.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE TICKET PRICES
As a producer, making pricing decisions is one of the toughest challenges we face. Since the pandemic, annual cost increases—up by 30% for our shows—have made everything more difficult. We’re committed to keeping our shows affordable for everyone who wants to attend, so we work hard to find ways to reduce costs without compromising the experience. We also focus on increasing attendance to help offset expenses. You can support us by spreading the word about this amazing event to your friends!
We’re proud to report that we've only raised general ticket prices by $5 and corporate tickets by $10. Before the pandemic, tickets at Casino NB were $45 for bleachers and $60 at a table. Today, they’re just $50 and $65. Many events had significant price increases, but we’re doing everything we can to keep our shows accessible to everyone.
I BOUGHT FLOOR TICKETS ON AND I SAW A SHIPPING FEE.
When you select your tickets, you’ll see a small transaction fee listed as a 'shipping fee' at checkout, though it’s actually a standard transaction fee. This fee covers costs charged by the venue and credit card company for using their platform—a common practice in the event industry.
HOW DO I FIND MY SEAT?
For floor tickets, your table number is on your ticket. Individual seats at the table are not assigned. For bleachers, you have an assigned section and a seat number on your ticket. We will have directional signs and some volunteers to help out.
CAN I CHANGE TABLE OR SEAT?
Unfortunately no. All tickets that were bought together are sitting together. We normally send out the tickets a week after they were bought so it's hard to change seat locations. You can always contact us to find out if there's a possibilty to change things.
MY PLANS HAVE CHANGED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Like any other live shows, sales are final and there's no refund after the purchase.
WHAT MORE CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE AFTER PARTY?
When FUSION first began, we used to host an after-party featuring live bands. However, due to rising costs, we had to discontinue this event. Over the years, our guests expressed their disappointment at its absence. Thanks to a fantastic partnership with the city of Dieppe, we're excited to the return of this unique event. We have some specials things plan for the event ! It will be worth it for sure!
CAN WE GET DRINKS AND BITES DURING THE SHOW?
We’ll have bars offering beer, wine, and specialty cocktails crafted by Brix Experience, all available for purchase. Small bites will also be available on-site. Due to the venue's alcohol license, you’ll need to purchase drink tickets at any bar before ordering your specialty cocktail. Brix won’t handle any cash directly, allowing them to focus on crafting these delicious, FUSION-inspired cocktails.
DO YOU SUPPORT A CHARITY WITH FUSION?
Since 2010, Les Productions FUSION Production has raised over $200,000 for various charities. We are very excited to partner up with P.R.O. Kids for this year's show. P.R.O. Kids is a community program that helps youth, whose families are experiencing financial difficulties, to participate in community, cultural and sports activities. They will handle some onsite activities to raise funds.

DO YOU USE LOCAL ARTISTS IN THE SHOW?
YES! There are nearly 100 local artists in this show (singers, dancers, musicians, gymnasts, acrobats and other performers) participating in the show. Most of them are emerging artists, giving them a great opportunity to shine on the big stage. That’s one of the main goals of the show. Participants from previous years are telling us that the show has really helped them propel their career.
