2020 Sponsorship - VOLVO Cars New Brunswick

The FUSION team is proud and excited to offer a Gold Sponsorship to VOLVO Cars New Brunswick for the upcoming Fredericton Event on October 24th. We had great success with the last event and this year it will be even bigger with over 1,000 people in attendance.

As you already know, there are many benefits of being a Gold Sponsor, which includes a presence on all marketing material, the chance to have your corporate video played in front of the audience and the ability to feature Volvo vehicles at the entrance of the show. All the details for the Gold Sponsorship can be found below. 

As a great return partner, we would like to offer you the Gold Sponsorship at a reduced price of $3,500 instead of the regular $5,000 investment. We really value the partnership we have developed with you so on top of the reduced cost, we are excited to present you with some bonus tactics at no extra cost. This will increase the visibility of VOVLO Cars New Brunswick at the show. 

- BONUS: Ability to include advertising in all the envelopes mailed to the guests. As all tickets are bought online, we can include a message to our 1,000 guests. Volvo to provide the advertising which needs to fit in a standard envelope (#10).

- BONUS: We would like to run an online contest prior to the show. The contest would be around a “white glove service” experience. The winners would be picked up by drivers in a luxurious Volvo and driven to diner and then dropped off at the show. We could potentially have a restaurant partner as well to really complete the experience.

- BONUS: Ability to "sponsor" the photo experience. We have design a very unique photo booth for the show and it gives up the ability to integrate your logo in our design. So everyone on the red carpet will be exposed to your brand.  

EDMUNDSTON SHOW - OPTION 1

As an option, we would like to offer you exposure at the Edmundston show. We are assuming that you wouldn't need a corporate table as it's mostly a francophone show so we are recommending marketing exposure as apposed to marketing & onsite staff involvement like in Fredericton.

TACTICS
- Name and logo on all printed material (posters, videos, website, etc.) as a major SILVER sponsor.
- Corporate French video played in front of all the guests (1,000 guests)
- Ability to include advertising in all the envelopes mailed to the guests. As all tickets are bought online, we can include a message to our 1,000 guests. Volvo to provide the french advertising.
- Logo and sponsor status on general sponsor poster
- Logo and company description in the program (1/3 page in the program)
- Logo and sponsor status on event poster
- Logo and sponsor status displayed in rotation on digital screens
- Dealership exclusivity at the show ( we won't have any other dealerships as part of the major sponsors)

EDMUNDSTON SHOW - OPTION 2

- Everything included in option 1 PLUS
- Ability to have vehicles at the entrance of the venue
- Ability to have one table and pull-up banners in the lobby with a staff member
